I'm having trouble remembering if I saw this pic here in IB or another website. If it was here than the artist might have removed it from their gallery since a search didn't bring it up. Search a few other sites and zilch.
The details I remember of the pic is that it's set in what seems to be the barn. Applebloom is sitting up high a little bit peeing towards the floor. Applejack is on the floor bent forward rubbing her pussy and peeing while drinking Applebloom's pee.
