I don't accept used plushies to mod but if you are looking for a specific species or plush modded to be NSFW I can find many options to show you and buy and mod a new toy to sell to you.
I can make SPHs (Strategically Placed Holes, can be put in the plush's mouth, butt, crotch or wherever), SPAs (Penises, several different kinds), balls, breasts and nipples. You can decide size, depth, material and material color for the plushie's NSFW mods.
