Background/History
Signore Roseenhar was said to existed in he 18th century of Europe, being a man of bargaining with men and women. Rumor has it he sold his soul to become an official Demon Lord to have be granted powers to enslave those who bargain with him. What he likes to do is making deals, and propositions. For centuries he's watched the world, now since Madame Director/Queen Ofelia taking control, he seeks this opportunity to come out and work a bit with her since being his Master, but on his own rules of bargaining with mortals.
It is said his latest contact with mortals was back in America, during the times of the 1870s, to a rich family...known as the Cullivans.
