Well there is also the other way Shomari can go, he can take the boy under his wing and allow him to have a fun here an there (I mean, so many girls Shomari can make an exception for hopefully a good future friend). Come to think about it, this decision can turn Shomaris right hand man Brutus against our "boi". And if Shomari kill "my Point of View" character, this could push Esther into removing one warlord from picture, starting catastrophic chain of events for your world.
