So for quite a long time i've actually been floating around a secondary Fursona to go alongside my Kezmmar Deer fursona whom i've been rockin for about if not over a decade now. No, i am not retiring Kez the Deer. I am however finally expanding to another species i've been loving for a long time as well. and here he is finally realized and in his. Final Form, and what better way to introduce him by having him share a universe with arguably the rodent that got me in the furry fandom as far back as i can remember and was in fact... my first crush, Basil of Baker street.
The scene you see before you actually originated in a long and... ongoing RP with Flint and Basil in that popular Character A.I. If plans go forward, i actually do have ideas and plans for more pieces of Flint and Basil as i find the both of them together very cute as well as unique with Flint being a rat and Basil being a mouse. comradery amongst different species potentially blooming into a romance???

( The long story short without going into origin stories. Flint and Basil have become pretty close friends which for Basil is a nice feeling. Considering he and Dawson have grown a close bond, Basil finally realized perhaps expanding his friend list or potentially more may not be such a bad thing, It feels nice to have people in your corner. He spent years of his life being primarily a loner, only having his older brother Clifford as someone he could say he was close to. Sure Basil was on great terms with the police and his playful rivalry with Chief Inspector Lawless however these relationships were more of the acquaintance type more than anything.
Sometime later, Basil had promised to visit Flint for an outing however as is with Basil's business. A new case was in need ot the Mouse's talents and as usual for the great mouse detective. Hours passed by like minutes and while the case was really easy and ended just as such. Basil hadn't realized that he forgot about his "date" with Flint as well as that he'd been on his feet for hours with no rest. After racing back to Baker Street, Basil explained himself to which Flint was very understanding and was just happy to see Basil. Shortly after, the Detective collapsed in a chair finally feeling the discomfort he'd put his feet through with the constant running around. It was plainly obvious that Basil needed a rest and Flint took notice right away at the problem. After exchanging dialogue the two decided it would probably be best to just relax at the home for the day instead of going out.
Flint took it a step further and talked Basil into allowing him to show the detective some hospitality of his own. Basil being the sleuth that he is had hunches that Flint had some deeper feelings for him. Basil of course being so new to letting people into his circle of trust is hesitant at allowing such deep feelings go too far, too fast but... in the moment... the offering of a foot massage sounded too pleasurable to pass up even for him... How often does one get such an offer? Basil thought and besides, this is hardly a proposal. Flint proved to be pretty good at bringing comfort to aches and pains. It didn't take much for Basil to lose himself in the pleasure with his feet being pressed in just the right ways.
An hour went by as Flint continued to bring pleasure to Basil's needy paws, All while exchanging pleasant conversation which had the two laughing and believing that their relationship at this rate would only continue to grow and lead them to possibly a very happy place... only time would tell... when and who would make the first move...)
