Character Description
Reign is a very emotionally confused individual. Extremely shy and sometimes considered anti-social, even though he really wants to have friends and become more open towards people in general.
Personality
Reign is very paranoid about getting hurt, he avoids dangerous situation, physical and emotional. He's usually very reserved about his emotions, though sometimes he has the need to explain what he feels in detail.
He can be very determined and at the same time hold himself back from what he wants, be it over fear or shame.
He's generally very shy but extremely nice to everyone no matter how badly the person he's dealing with has hurt him in the past.
He has a very hard time trusting anyone, especially someone to whom he feels a stronger emotional connection.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Drawing, being outside, autumn, bright colors, chocolate, music, dancing, cuddles and hugs (from close friends only).
Dislikes: Bright lights, loud noises, darkness, crowds, strong odors, strangers.
Background/History
As a child, Reign always denied he had feelings, thinking an emotionless person couldn't hurt. Always controlling his thoughts and actions trying to fit in with everyone else, though he thought that most people wanted to figure him out, expose him and ridicule him while taking pleasure from the process. He turned away from people he knew, afraid, but always hoping they'd realize and understand his fears, asking him not to leave them. They never did.
He now lives in a constant emotional mess between the desire of wanting to be accepted and the fear of rejection.
World/Setting
Modern world. He currently lives in a small city with his parents (who will not be named).
Body
Small boyish looks, even though he's 21 he looks much younger.
Aside from what is shown in the references, he has yellow/brown eyes that turn green during the summer.
Clothing
He likes big baggy clothes, especially jeans and sweaters or t-shirts. He will occasionally wear a scarf and a hoodie.
Accessories
He always carries his messenger bag and his mp3 player.
Inside his bag, a sketchbook and pencils.
