New story is out, in 4 parts + an epilogue, and good lord there is a lot to unpack here.
First of all, I'm getting more feedback than I ever got on the first story. Other, better writers than me are even helping me out, which is an incredibly new feeling for me.
I cannot thank all of you enough, this is a such a great result and shows how accepting and helpful this community is.
As you may have noticed, I have also taken the next step in illustrating the stories, which is to direct AI generated garbage myself. I'll be honest, this is not the fun part for me. I've spent the last few days rotting my brain with nightmare fuel and constantly inpainting terrible things into being slightly less terrible.
But the common denominator is that all these peeps are helping me out. I know a lot of people dont like AI, but I can't be left indifferent at the amount of help and advice I'm getting from AI directors.
However. I know the cons. And here's what I did to alleviate them: I'm commissioning pictures now, too. Real ones, real artists. In fact, I have one of the best of the best coming out with something for Aurora real soon.
I hope this will help some peeps understand that I'm not in it for a cheap grab and run.
I want the reader to have an easier time imagining the stories, but the way I do this shouldn't eclipse the story itself. Perhaps I should post them separately from the art, but having a good thumbnail can't be overstated when it comes to reaching an audience.
In the future, I'll keep doing things both ways, or at least I'll try my best to, as long as I'm able to find artists willing to work with me.

Actually, I feel fairly safe inside of IB's rule set. I've seen things here that are worse than what I want to write about. I am quite tame in comparison to some, one could say :D
My last story is a good example of how far I am willing to go. I won't really go further than this, I think. The last time I said "evil ideas" it was because I was wondering about going from a consensual story to a non-consensual story, which is perfectly fine on IB, but I wasn't sure my new budding audience would be onboard.
