Hello to all the floofcoons, scalies, and feathery fiends that take time to read these little updates.
I'm back from a lil vacation I had! But wait... "Jun when did you go on vacation?" Ahhh yes I didn't really mention that I left and I probably should of because I did pick up on some responsibilities before I left (commissions, trades, projects, etc.) so I think it's important that I tell you exactly how busy these past couple of weeks have been for me.
If your one of those TL;DR then just skip on over to the end where I summarize my little story ^^ I don't mind...
AT WORK AND PASSING BY MY B-DAY~
When I took charge of deciding to do more on my platform (which I believe was about 2 months ago now), I really didn't plan that was going to be working a crazy amount of hours, My manager literally was just keeping at the office making sure I was busy and in my line of work I do a lot of client facing interactions, so there nothing I really could do in-between like answer messages or even try to get a sketch TwT When I was done with work, I would be so tired to even play video games let alone work some more on drawings, writings, and projects. I completely work through my birthday that past in May >w> Thank you folks to who wished me a happy birthday, barely celebrated it but I tired to enjoy it none the less with whatever time I could get off. I'm currently still work a lot but now that I went on vacation everything seem more doable so I'll be doing my best for you all *bows*
THE START OF SUMMER AND GOING AWAY
So before I knew it summer came in and I was worrying about helping my brother graduate from middle school, celebratng family's birthday and getting ready for the vacation. Which if I didn't mention before my reason for going on vacation was to actually attend my aunts wedding! We all went to Jamaica which is really cool... but also really expensive >w> So it was a constant back to back. Prom for lil bro, graduation, work, birthday, preparing to leave, work and more! At the very least the week went by fast and I was already in the mind set of vacation haha, so finally at the end of the week I was on a plane and we were all going to enjoy the best time out in the islands
JAMAICA AND HOME
As soon as we got off the plane we literally only had about 2 hours to make to the resort and get ready for the actual wedding! The flight itself wasn't too bad but we had to get our flights on that day because we still had to worry about my brothers graduation. It was a little stressful since a lot of other family members were already there 3 days before us but we made everything work and the reception was beautiful. The view, the weather, the drinks were all amazing and we really didn't have to do too much work to setup the wedding, we just showed up =w= After that the next couple of days we're ours to enjoy. On day 2 I got a crazy sunburn ~.~ very much less fun and really painful because I completely forgot how crazy the sun can be and I unfortunately forgot to put sunblock on while I played pool volleyball *sigh* it was bad but couldn't let that ruin my fun and so I push through and still had an amazing time. I would recommend going to anyone with adding the all inclusive resort (but remember it's a pretty penny so be wise about it haha) When we it was time to go home, we almost got our flight cancel due to a storm but in the end everything was fine.
TL;DR : You miss my birthday! Heck, I miss my birthday, I work too much, Summer is crazy, the kids are all out of school, went to Jamaica got burned and now I'm home getting ready to start back up where I left off :3
I hope I didn't bored you all with my story ;w; I felt like there was a need to share but I know some furs could care less.
Now I will let you know I do have a backlog of art I have of myself and others (commission and done by other) that I do want to post but I actually will hold off on posting anything until I finish my first batch commission that I took!
