well,believe me not,but there were some Mathriarcal Tribes,thousands years ago,able to TRULY apply Parthenogenesis to their body.and still some left MAtrifocal tribes are able to perform such an apparently supernaturaltask..and actually there's a very specific mechanism taking place in this case,veyr hard and cloudy to explain..but i think it all boils down to this
with the exception tho,in Parthenogenesis i think teh "Tulpa" would attach to the Ovule and become an Human :3 thus allowing a Female Human to procreate a totally self-bred being ..(this is due also,in matrifocal tribes,to teh fact MAle figure had no "fatehrhood" role,and only teh Uncle was somehow a male present role,with important duties tho..despiet it all)
