Charlotte the Cow from the french "kids" show ‘Bunny Maloney’.
"Kids" is in quotation marks because this show has rather blatant references to sex, alcohol and contains swearing. hell the lead character Bunny's signature line is "Holly crapolla!" and the female characters have very prominent hips and busts. jo check it out, its a kids show but it can actually be quite funny at times.

this is one of those drawings where i went 100% digital, i need a bit more practice but i love how clean digital drawing is. it means that i can put the colouring under the lines to make that cartoony outline really pop.

shes so plush looking, and I wish I was emphasising that physique <3
