Technical Gender: Male
Species: Common Qwuedeviv/Aquatic cross (Qwuedanjj)
Official Skill: Stealth unit, Infiltration/Light hand to hand combat
Rank: Private Second Class
Appearance: Sketch has primarily cream colored fur. It has a caramel colored ring near the tip of each ear, along the sides of its white tail, and at the soles of its feet. It also has one caramel stripe down each of the skinflap like sensors on its head. It has four, long, white skinflap/tentacles trailing down its back to a bit above ankle length. The top two have green spots in a line down the outerside that lead to a larger green spot at the end. Its two head sensors and tail each have a green illusionary eye. Unlike most Qwuedeviv, Sketch has two whisker-like sensors on either side of its face along with two dots of varying sizes under one eye and a check mark on the other. Its eye sclera is green and its pupils are a deeper emerald green.
Sketch wears an outfit that combines the two cultures it has been around. It wears a standard Qwuedeviv army uniform and also several wrappings around its arms, front paws, lower legs and hindpaws.
Personality: Sketch is enthusiastic about everything it does. Being in the Qwuedeviv army is total bragging rights as far as it is concerned. It is a very skilled and coordinated Qwuedeviv when it is paying attention, but Qwuedanjj Qwuedeviv keep a kitten like disposition longer than Qwuh-9 Qwuedeviv who have been trained for a specific purpose all their life. Thus, in many ways, Sketch still acts like a kitten, showing off to its fellow cadets. This causes occasional frustration to its commander, but overall the Qwuedeviv really does try.
Sketch is one of the most openly expressive units in the squad and also works to keep tension low amongst them. This works sometimes and other times does not. Sketch is fearless, sometimes to a fault, but it usually has the best interest of the rest of the squad in mind. Sketch is generally just utterly delighted to finally be out on a first real mission and also in the company of ‘legendary Qwuh-9 Qwuedeviv.’ It doesn’t seem to really pick up on the fact the Qwuedeviv it is paired with are essentially last chance rejects. Sketch does have a serious side to it if it can focus.
Background: Sketch was formerly owned by a Jala Tuur’ga along with its sibling, Syllabus. Neither of them have ever been the standard or traditional set up though. The two were ridiculously rich from investments and stocks. Sketch opted for a life of adventure and coolness though. Or that is what it claimed anyway. It decided to join up with the local Qwuh-9 Qwuedeviv forces who were recruiting Qwuedanjj Qwuedeviv who wanted to assist and learn their ways.
Sketch trained far harder than any of the other Qwuedanjj Qwuedeviv and quickly impressed some of the local officers. Although even its skill was not enough to break it of the distinct prejudice Qwuh-9 born Qwuedeviv have for Qwuedanjj ‘devivs, and thus it was never offered any placement of real value.
When the mini squad led by Symbol was sent to Qwuedanjj however, Sketch enthusiastically volunteered to go along with them. Seeing as it would be paired with ‘losers’ anyway, the officers agreed to let it join, and even made up a fake reason as to why they needed an additional unit. Their real motive however was just to get a laugh out of watching it fail. Oblivious to this fact, Sketch believes they have given it a great privilege.
Syllabus is Sketch’s sibling.
Sketch’s roots of being a Qwuedanjj Qwuedeviv owned by a Jala Tuur’ga gives it a unique advantage when working amongst the population of Qwuedanjj.
Sketch is said to have a very ninja-like flow of motion and attack pattern.
Sketch occasionally recruits its rich sibling to assist, but it is hard pressed for any support.
Sketch knows some of the local Qwuedeviv, which aids the rest of the squad at accessing areas they otherwise would be unable to.
