This is Frank the wolf. He is the founder of a tiny, no-humans-allowed sect of Christianity: Furry Franciscanism. Here's how it all started:
Frank was raised by humans, adopted in to a Catholic family. While they were kind, loving, and helped him through trials of life, they still had one flaw: they valued human life over animal life. Don't get me wrong; they LOVED Frank, but could not sympathize with him fully whenever his fur friends got bullied at school simply for being furs. This caused him to question how a loving God would allow His followers to not love all life equally.
At the age of 16, he ran away from home one evening. He wandered the wilderness for a good 40 days, some how managing to survive. On that last day, he collapsed from exhaustion, and was attacked by a bird over his eye, blinding him in one eye. In the last moment, out of pure exhaustion, he received an image. Saint Francis appeared before him, and helped guide him out of the wilderness, while telling him so much, about the ideas that the Catholic church should allow humanxfur marriage, give full rights to the animals, and all that.
Soon, he was back home. He tried to get the message to his local church, but they would have none of this. It was because of that he refused to be confirmed under the Catholic church. Instead, he founded his own church at the age of 17. The first to join were his friends who were bullied in school. Within 10 years, he had several churches over several cities, of which he was declared the alpha of them all. Thousands of furs follow his every word.
His preachings do for the most part follow the Gospels, except he also preaches God is angry at humans for what they have done to this world, to God's other creations, and how unfaithful they have been to His word. While he never directly says it, he secretly is mad at humans, especially his parents.
He never says anything that could directly be interpreted as human hatred, yet several followers already have taken his words to mean that God is wanting fur revolution, and as a result, have committed anti-human hate crimes. Most of his followers follow his teachings better by respecting all God's creatures, but simply because of that hate filled minority, the human-controlled state has considered him an enemy of the state and a terrorist leader.
His intentions are pure, yet some of his followers make it impossible for him to be seen in a positive light among human Christians. So much so, that even Pope Francis is ashamed that this guy is using such a good Saint's name to justify attacking mankind. So... Tensions are high.
Well, that's it. I've been wanting to create this guy for some time.
<<< NOTE: This is fictional. I don't believe God hates humans. He may be a bit disappointed at us, true, for how we abuse His gift to us. But, God loves us all. Human and non-human. So, don't take this to mean anything religion wise. This is a character. Ok? >>>
