Looks like violation by socks is imminent.
I suppose some explanation is in order, since these guys are rather out of left field, even for this show. The sock-like guys are called Gripes, creatures who live in a subterranean world comprised of pipes leading to every washer and dryer on Earth. According to Rocko, they (exact quote) "steal your socks and hurt your clothes." Every article of clothing you've ever lost ends up in their realm, where they destroy it in some horrific manner.
They appeared in the first season episode Unbalanced Load ("Laundry day is a very dangerous day!") and also as enemies in the final levels of the SNES game.
