I wish it was meant to be funny. I'm genuinely behind on 90% of common abbreviations and slang. I had to ask my nephew what he meant when he texted "TY" to me. As I get older I thought it would be more fun to lean into older sayings that were out of date before I was even born. Things like "Faster than you can say Jack Robinson." or say how things were "Back in the war." In my case that would be the Gulf War.
