Shade: I knew his father. He was a good man. Very wise. As for the Dark Legion, they are bad news. My tribe wage war against them. I avoid anyone from that cult.
Every echidna clan respects and knows of Knuckles' father. Even if they don't agree with him. While Shade has a different view from her clan, she does not like the Dark Legion's main because of her clan's teachings. If she ever encounters someone from the group, it is on sight.
