To many, she appears as a divine spectacle — her Primarina lineage lending her the elegance of a songstress, the mystique of moonlit waters.

Background/History
Beneath the surface is far more brutal. Tamoa is not the gentle songbird she seems — she is a predator wrapped in silk. Her aquatic blood runs cold with the instincts of a leopard seal: cunning, sadistic, and wholly carnivorous.
Those Keelhaul grows weary of — whether lovers or rivals — are gifted to her as if given one last honor. They believe they are to entertain the Alpha’s favorite, to serve her in intimacy or affection. But Tamoa does not love. She does not forgive. And she does not let them LEAVE.
Once alone, her fanged smile widens. Their pleasure curdles to dread as the truth dawns — she is their executioner. She kills without remorse, often consuming what remains.
What makes her most dangerous is her disguise: a flawless mask of beauty, concealing the nightmare beneath. On land or sea, Tamoa moves like a phantom — singing lullabies for the damned.
Tamoa once tried to devour Keelhaul in a fit of jelousy, sinking her fangs into his left arm under the guise of seduction. The warlord, ever drawn to beauty laced with danger, didn’t flinch. With a grunt and iron grip, he seized her face and peeled her off like a stubborn tick, teaching her then and there — he was no easy meal, and certainly not worth the bite.
Tamoa respects strength as well as those that keep her well fed.
