Carrie is a "mirage;" A creature with a forked tail and the power to turn invisible. She is also GeneX Experiment 14, and was gifted the power of psychokinesis with her creation.
She prefers to stay out of sight during conflict, so she stayed invisible near Talon, letting their enemies think he was the psychokinetic one. That eventually backfired, but Kosmo helped to put things right. She's been Kosmo's girlfriend pretty much ever since.
My own drawing is included for reference. The blue on her head is supposed to be more of a pattern, but she also has blue hair hanging behind her head a bit... I wanted to do unique designs for some characters; they couldn't all be winners ^^;
