The Quantum Weasel is the rival of Amanda Kane, largely because they're not of this world. One being from another planet, and the other was brought to life from a comic book. Whilst they're both powerful, Quantum is more experienced in the bathroom department.
Whilst staking out an abandoned warehouse, Quantum takes advantage of Amanda's weakness and sends her back to the S.T.R.I.P.E.S with her tail between her legs. Assuming her now overloaded diaper could allow that anyway!
