Mr. Lobo was a Russian soldier who escaped from his country, so one of his missions is to protect civilians. Since his departure, he still has that instinct to protect, also trying to imitate midnight.
While he was in a park he heard a bomb alert so, guided by his instincts, he began to swallow the people nearby, and sat on a bench near an exit from the park, looking around to see if it was right to release the people and no one gets hurt
