What's this? A gijinka? You got that right! As one of the people who absolutely adores the Chikorita line despite how the odds are stacked against it, I decided to create a human variant. Meet Chai. A Meganium who wished he could give other underappreciated Chikorita and grass types the love he feels they miss out on. He woke up in a human body, and after some confusion, decided to take the idea in stride.
He's mute, but wears his emotions on his sleeve, and is a fierce fighter. He doesn't have access to his powers but can communicate with other Pokemon with ease, and seems to be able to power them up. He has a Bayleef as his main partner, while he works to become stronger himself. Whether he returns to his original form or not remains to be seen.
