When it comes to Batman and his Batmobile even the Joker and his Goons need wheels to get around I'd decided to make two cars based off of the ones in the 1989 Movie and In order to have a Joker Van I'd used my Stepvans base to make a Joker Van and made a logo of the Joker's Face I know that Mark Hamill's Joker was only in the 1993 Batman Animated Series but I'd decided to pick Mark Hamill's Joker because his face was easy to draw and color and ad onto the Logo.
