Was that speech bubble from Stable Diffusion or post-processing? I assume post, just because it's so clean. Looks really good, either way!
Also, I notice you were trying to get clothes on the floor in your prompt. I've fought with Stable Diffusion about this too. I've found that adding "laundry" can get results, though you need to add things like "washing machine" and "drier" to the negatives or they start popping up in places that can be rather hilarious.
