That's correct, it's a girl scout uniform! I am sorely tempted to add this to my repertoire of regular outfits, I suit it! Especially the lovely beret! The entire thing was loosely styled after modern day French and German scout uniforms, with the blue being taken from the many banners and liveries of French royalty, along with the golden flur-de-lis pins! It's highly likely I'll get into more scouting misdemeanours in future!
