I've always kind of hated when people post exclusively on Twitter, cuz I really didn't want to join yet ANOTHER site to see art, and it didn't even have a gallery, so you have to scroll all the fuck down their timelines, and it's just like UGHHHH, Twitter ain't even an art site mannnn XD. Still, this AI art learning invasion is quite annoying. Who the fuck is gonna use a DA or Twitter AI? It's fucking weird.

I'm no master of legalese, but I'm pretty sure that's mostly the boilerplate standard ToS for a lot of sites. They sorta need the permission to host your stuff, and transformative for the purpose of thumbnails or using the translate option.
The same sort of panick used to kick up every year or two back in the tumblr days when someone would either notice it in the ToS or find the previous panic post from months before then repost it

When going to media, all their memes and dumb gifs are included. Everything is saved at like 50% compression jpeg No easy way to save images natively. Must click show sensitive media regardless of your settings or being logged in. Owned by a magatard.
