Dark Kat has finally defeated his lifelong enemies, the SWAT Kats. Callie, Commander Feral and Mayor Manx can only look on helplessly as the arch-villain declares himself Megakat City's new mayor! But Callie has a surprise for him! Dark Kat finds out that being the mayor isn't all fun and games, as Callie vengefully unloads mountains of paperwork onto her new "boss," explaining that if he's their new mayor, then, well, he's got some work to do! Dark Kat is flabbergasted.

And Mayor Dark Kat's horror continues as Commander Feral is next up to the plate with an order for new Enforcer jets and helicopters. Having already been saddled with the regular mayoral chores, Dark Kat backs away from the Enforcer commander in uncharacteristic horror at the thought of more paperwork.

To escape the humdrum of the day to day runnings of the city, Dark Kat emulates his less than stellar predecessor by secluding himself at the golf course. To his annoyance, it seems as though he's going to need a longer club...
