Strange thing though, Coconut water is not water It's a juice. and Coconut milk is not a milk it's a blend of Coconut water and grated coconut flesh that is low on sugar and calories. that being said . You couldn't survive off of coconuts for more than maybe a couple of weeks, particularly if you drank all the coconut water from each coconut, unless you only ate/drank about half a coconut a day (to be safe). Otherwise you would die of a heart attack induced by the high potassium levels in coconut water.
