This one got me a tad bit off guard. Some promises take a life time of patience. Sim. sure had waited that long to see the Emmanuel. Some things that come to mind is publishing my books. Yet, meaningful friendship does too. Life gets so busy. When you face days of little to no progress you tend to blame yourself.
Yet, promises don't have expiration dates. Deep meaningful friendships will come and so will the publishing of my books. Sometimes it takes holidays with self disappointment to really appreciate the true value in Advent season. Emmanuel literally means God with us.
