If I quoted you for a commission in July 2020, I will charge you the previously agreed sum based on the previous prices.
The Snake exception is rather straightforward, an anthro with four snakes isn't gonna be 100€ - I'll count it as an anthro with a complex background. Snake art will be either simple or complex depending on the amount of snakes and their scale pattern.
