Xavier's had this wear a while it seems, looking all torn by the bottom.

He should get it replaced... even if he can't help but admit he looks absolutely killer with it.

Jacket is a heavily modified variant of the jacket seen from Overwatch's "Reaper" character, but with the weapon bits stripped.
