It's really weird how awkward Gengar actually is to draw. Its' shape is simply really difficult to not make too circular or too egg-like, and to figure out a style I wanted to go with was quite the task indeed. But, it's done. So that's great.
I tried something strange for this one, in that I did the lineart last. The shape was what I got down first, then the shading, and then the thin lines used on the body and the top of the eye sockets. I don't know exactly how well it worked out, but I personally like it. I can't see that working for everything I do, though, so I won't make it a habit. Just something I tried and enjoyed trying.
Again, please feel free to suggest any specific typeshifts you want to see. I'm still creating a list of requests for them and I will eventually get to every last one of them. Also, any thoughts/critique is always welcome on anything I do.
