Side Note: I really wanted to animate the rest of the water but couldnt find any good tutorials for 2d water, so If anyone knows one or have a link that would be really useful!
for the watter effect you where looking for i seen on other animations that they use stripes for example you divide the watter lets say in 4 for Horizontal parts then you put one going right then left and the other two the other way left then right, its not the best effect but its i believe a simple yet effective way to make water movements.
