Tay's first major haircut was out of necessity (child + scissors)
After having some frustrated words with the tyke, Brenda took a cue from her mother and made Tay wear his hair like this for a few days to teach him a lesson.
This was taken directly after he was 'talked to'. Twins are around 2-3 here.
Tay wasn't allowed to grow his hair out long until he graduated kindergarten.
