Been a looong time! How many are still with me?

Yo, everyone!

After reviewing comments from the last chapter of Soulflower, I've decided to separate and post the "straight" sex portion, in order to accommodate those strange people who're perfectly willing to read straight-shota but get their knickers in a twist over a second sausage being in the picture.

So that's coming soon.

I do apologize for being so quiet and slow, it's been a rough year or so, and I've simply had little time or motivation to write. You guys can help out - remember that it's your feedback and encouragement that fuels an author's drive to actually produce, edit and post stories.

It has been two years since Tai's Story was posted as a single story here on InkBunny, marking the completion, more or less, of my first furry novel and sharing it with you all. It has been much longer, scarily, since I started writing it. In commemoration (cough), I'll be releasing the missing scene and a few supplemental materials such as character bios.

The missing scene is a short story, and it's thoroughly kinky.

In short: updates coming, and I'm sorry. The amount and type of crap I'm dealing with right now in my life is very tough to explain, and it's seriously impacting my ability to provide regular updates, even worse than usual - I know I've always been a slow updater. But this is really grating on me. A year between updates is fucked up even for me. I'm really grateful for those of you who have continued to watch and stay with me despite this.

I'm not blind, I'm not stupid. I see readers and fans moving on, losing interest, and it really hurts to know that I'm not in a position to do more to keep you guys with me as I progress and mature as an author. I notice when this happens, and I've been doing this a very long time now.

Ah well.

I'll try to do better, guys. :3

Never doubted that - kinda expected live to be rough for you.
Hope it gets better soon :)

I'm still with you! :-)

I admit I haven't been as much grabbed by the last few chapters of Astray, as I was with those first several chapters. That's okay. You're the artist, here; *you're* the one who decides what goes in them, not me. I'm still going to read whatever it is that you write, because whatever it is that you want to say, I think is probably something I should hear. If I only read things that looked shiny, I'd never learn anything.

I don't know anything about your life other than what I read in your journals, but whatever it is that's going on... I wish I could offer something more direct to help. And good luck.

Thanks for posting the occasional journal to let us know you're still kicking.  As far as the time between updates, yeah I'd like you to write more but I have no right to talk ill of a free service that I otherwise absolutely love.

I'm still here.  I hope you are in a better position to write soon.  Not even for our benefit.

Will we get the all gay version too? just kidding. Life can be super rough and really can hurt the ability to write but as long as you continue to write I am sure you will always have readers.

We all get to a point where motivation kinda sits in a dank ugly sink where mold and mildew washes all over a bath towel, only to be used as a flossing tool for a buttock. But you should know, a lot of people dont really like to read big, long storys anymore, and I blame Twitter, and a whole lot of other devices that pushes text limits...and this new age stuff.

Back in my day! dag nabbit.

But hey! I read the stuff you post, The rants and most journals I don't really respond too, I'll read them If I find a topic interesting. Like when you said years ago in a journal, that writing in a note pad with paper and pencil is moot, because re-writing it onto the computer is even more mooter, with all the moot happening between paper to computer intercourse, through my fingers.

Hi there!

I haven't been on Inkbunny in forever, and just came back on a different account(forgot password to my original)...what happened? I can't find "Tai's Story" under your submissions anymore. :(.

What's happened in the past year?

EDIT: Oh, I think it was just a filter issue.
