Heyas, I'm curious about views and opinions related to excessive pawing (masturbation).
Is it healthy? Some pros are that it can release endorphins, serotonin and create a fantastic euphoric high much like some drugs do. Also I think having a healthy outlets like this site can be helpful for those needing release. Another positive is that masturbation reduces stress which can lead to better overall health. I've sometimes edged for hours a day which seem like a waste of time... but is it? Physically I hear its good for your prostate to keep things 'flowing'. Does pawing often create more testosterone in males?
Some of the negative cons to excessive pawing would be when it interrupts your daily life and addictive sexual habits form. I was told that porn addiction is not considered a real thing in the psychological field, however sexual habits can become addictive. Problems could arise when a stronger "drug" is needed to reach the goal of euphoria. For some that line not to cross is solid and clear and for others, perhaps its more fuzzy.
I wonder if excessive masturbation is linked to depression and then creates a bad cycle where each fuels the other. Recently, I was told that excessive masturbation can reduce creatine in your body, making you feel weak. I wonder what other health effects it can have.
For me, I feel it can have both positive and negative effects, but overall I feel it's healthy. I've embraced and accepted all my attractions and kinks which has been liberating and positive. What I'm on the fence about is the need to paw often..I don't know if I should see it as me being 'addicted' and chained to do it, or just accept that too and enjoy. Maybe there's no need to look so deeply into it and just enjoy life!
Do you embrace pawing, or feel powerless to stop...OR enjoy it and embrace it in a healthy way? BTW I'm not 100% sure I know what gooning is, but I think its when you just give in and enjoy pawing regardless of the effects it has on your life...?
