What is Skeb?
- Skeb is a service in which a client (you) sends a request (subject) for a fee, and a creator will make an illustration or a voice according to the request. - Quite simply, it is a site to solicit questions with coins. There is no back-and-forth between "send a request" and "deliver". - Our goal is to create a system similar to a hometown tax payment system, where you can receive a thank-you gift (an illustration or a voice according to your wishes) when you financially support a creator. - It is not suitable for your request. Estimates, meetings, and retakes are prohibited, and as a general rule, clients may only use them for profile images or for personal appreciation. - Instead, you can get your favorite illustration or voice taken down at a lower cost than a formal request. - Please consider using SKIMA or Kokonara if you need a meeting or a retake. - Skeb is a service developed and operated by a single individual. It's a beta version in the middle of development, and it's undergoing frequent specification changes and trial and error. - Please note that we are unable to provide information on how to use the system or provide individual support, except for requests based on laws and regulations. If it is deemed difficult to continue, the service will be terminated.
Features of Skeb
Skeb has a few features that other services don't have.
The creator's casualness is paramount. Skeb is designed to give creators an advantage over other services, with the most important thing being that creators can illustrate in a casual and comfortable way. You are not allowed to contact us about any questions, quotes, meetings, retakes, or requests, and you may be very embarrassed if you use it as an illustration ordering site.
I don't worry about how to make it or how to write it. You don't have to worry about how to write an email or how to write it. You don't even need a greeting, just a bullet point of what you want the body to say. If you're still worried about it, please see the list of works. These are actual requests that have been exchanged and the text of the request has been published.
Full refund if delivery is not made. The creators will only approve the ones they like from the submitted requests. You will receive a full refund unless you deliver, such as if you are not approved or if you miss a deadline.
It is the client who determines the amount. There is no fee table that says, "If it's full color, it's like this. The client decides on the amount and content, and the creator flexibly decides on the degree of completion. Even if it's a cheap amount of money that you wouldn't receive in a formal request, Skeb may accept it because it's a one-shot deal without communication. If you are worried about the amount of money, you can rest assured that the amount of money is indicated for each creator.
Requests can be sent anonymously. Optionally, it is possible to send a client without telling the creator who the client is. If you want to support without the creators knowing, or if you want to send something a little embarrassing, don't worry.
Work closely with Twitter. When you log in, you'll see a list of creators you're following on Twitter. You'll receive an email notification that a creator you follow on Twitter is opening a new Skeb.
Credit cards are the main method of payment, but convenience store payments are also accepted. Skeb uses a credit card authorization system to verify the solvency of our clients and accepts VISA and MasterCard. What you need to protect
In order to ensure the sustainable operation of the service, it is necessary to read through all of the terms and policies. Among them, we have compiled a list of points that you should absolutely follow.
Any questions, estimates, meetings, retakes, or requests to the creators are strictly forbidden. We aim to create an environment where creators can focus only on "drawing" through a common rule of no communication and a one-shot game. In addition to forcing a meeting or retake, the act of asking for approval of a request or asking for an explanation of why the request was cancelled is also prohibited. Please consider using SKIMA or Kokonara if you need a meeting or a retake.
The content you want to draw should be complete with the body of your request only. The words "I'll send you the material later," "I'll tell you more about it later," and "It's summarized in a link" are all unacceptable. It's hard for a creator to keep track of what the client isn't organizing at the stage of submitting a request. Please include the URL of the reference image in the text. Instructions on the body and content of the request cannot be left at the URL. Please consider using SKIMA or Kokonara, as they are not suitable for complex content that requires confirmation of external documents.
You cannot use Skeb as a means of transferring money between individuals. Due to restrictions under the Money Settlement Act and anti-money laundering measures, Skeb cannot be used as a means of transferring money between individuals. Requests with only an "A", an "example" or a "hello" will not be accepted.
Don't restrict the Creator's activities beyond the rules set forth in the service. All rights to the work exchanged on Skeb belong to the creator, and the client may, in principle, use it only for the use of the profile image or for personal viewing. Creators have the right to freely post and publish their works on SNS, doujinshi, and patron services without the client's permission. It is not possible, without exception, to specify the scope of publication of the work or to specify a shorter turnaround time than specified in the service. You need to set NSFW (Not Safe For Work) if you need to be careful about what you read. Please enable "NSFW" on the Create New Request screen if you need to be careful about what you see. All artworks, including those not shown, are subject to Japanese law, and NSFW illustrations will require appropriate obfuscation. Skeb's specifications
Works covered by the service This service is for illustrations, cartoons and voices only. You can only exchange illustrations and cartoons directly drawn by the creators, and voices directly voiced by the creators themselves. We cannot accept photos, 3D models, novels, music, sound effects, screenshots (except for technique descriptions), etc.

Request approval and cancellation The creators will only approve those they like from the requests sent and cancel those that don't meet their criteria. Time of payment The timing of the request will ensure that the credit is equal to the most expensive of the requests sent. Commission The fee is included in the amount and will not be charged to the client separately.
Reimbursement Unless the work is delivered, it will always be refunded through your card. In the case of a prepaid card, never destroy your card information. The refund order will be made immediately through your credit card payment company, but it may take a few days for the credit card payment company to send a wire to your credit card company. Skeb is not able to determine the number of days it will take to get a refund. If you are concerned about this, please contact your credit card company.
Amount and Completion The amount of the request is determined by the client within the range of 3,000 yen to 300,000 yen for illustrations and 500 yen to 300,000 yen for voices. The completeness is determined by the creator and the client may not challenge the completeness. The system will recognize blank sheets of paper, bar lines, and other non-creative content and will not allow you to upload them.
Request Deadline The approval deadline is 30 days (7 days depending on the creator's settings) from the date the request is sent. The deadline for delivery is 60 days (90 days depending on the creator's settings) from the date the request is sent. The delivery deadline cannot be accelerated by the client. Requests are deprecated, although clients can also cancel until they are approved. Please be patient. Each time a request is received, an email is sent to the creator. Depending on the creator's settings, you may need to spend more money to resend the request than you did last time.
Specification of files that can be delivered We can only deliver one file per request. Multiple files cannot be delivered. Only the client can download the original file. Other than the client, a scaled-down image with a maximum width of 800px is played in the case of an illustration, and 128Kbps MP3 is played in the case of a voice.
Copyright All rights to the work belong to the creator. Creators have the right to freely post and publish their work on SNS, fanzines, and patron services without the client's permission. This right may not be restricted by the client. The client may, in principle, use the work only for private viewing. If it is used for another purpose, it should be mentioned in the text. As an exception, it is possible to tweet with data without the creator's permission, or use it as a profile picture, only for SNS accounts connected to the client. For use beyond the scope of personal appreciation, please explain the use in the body of the request in advance. Clients may not print and distribute to an unspecified number of people, sell, be included as part of a paid product, or be listed on patron services without the Creator's permission. Please be sure to follow the guidelines for your work when creating your own.
Type of request There are three types of requests: "Public", "Anonymous" and "Hidden". If it is public, the client's information will be made public. If you're anonymous, you won't know who your client is. In the case of public and anonymous, the content of the request will be made public except for the amount. Regardless of the setting, the amount of the request will not be disclosed to any third party. You can freely publish your work on SNS or coterie magazine without the client's permission, just as you can publish your work publicly. In addition, requests may be hidden due to violations of the Creator's terms and policies. Multi-post There is a multi-posting feature that sends requests to multiple creators and cancels any unapproved requests other than the first approved request. It cannot be changed later. If you want to make a proposal to as many creators as possible on a limited budget, please take advantage of it.
Boost After the work is delivered, a boost is available to increase the price of the work. At the same time, you can express your appreciation in 1000 words or less, and you can only boost once per work. The amount that can be boosted is no more than 50 yen and no more than twice the amount of the work. Please note that it is against the terms and conditions to request a retake or modification, or to express in a boost any content that the creators find offensive. It is forbidden to use it as a success fee. Use the boost only when you really want to express your gratitude. Don't worry, there's no "not boosting is rude to the creators.
Freezing and deleting your account We reserve the right to freeze or delete your account without notice if you violate our terms and policies. If you delete your Twitter account, you will not be able to use your Skeb account either. If your Twitter account is frozen, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to migrate. We are unable to accept any changes to your Twitter account for any reason other than a freeze.
For the one shot thing I can't do the service cause errors on artwork and I only use PayPal only. I just don't understand why you do not use PayPal its safest way to pay and easiest to resolve issues that arises or simple solutions to problems why go out of the way and make america confused and feel very intimidating by that services rules. No error fixes, one time shot at giving info that there no one would never commission/use that service cause if thats the case people will be called Jesus or GOD because they are perfect and 1 shot deal and service would know what you want to have done. I'm really sorry NO ONE is perfect Errors will be made at times. It's CRITICAL for certain species and if artist wernt aware or didn't remember a vital thing it cannot be fixed and you get what you get. THAT is why no one ever use that service.

The reason why I don't want to use Paypal is as follows; 1) I don't want to show my real name on transaction. 2) I basically does not trust transaction between unknown people in real life. 3) Paypal does not allow transaction on R-18 related things.

Um, alright the name situation I understand but #3 your wrong if you seen my favorates EVERY single nsfw is payed through paypal. #2 is understandable but who unknown would send you money or request for money you would know who the person may be commissioner thats really it. Hower it DOES have an open field for text box that I believe I stated nsfw type stuff in the box, so #3 is shadey but perhaps my account in paypal outstanding so either they don't care all too much what they do buisness with if I am wrong, well they didn't catch it. Elsewise all I believe they care is they getting payed thats it keeping their flow of transactions flowing smooth. I too want my name secret but idk if paypal does it cause of bank cards used its part of transaction approval if skeb uses holds info on bank cards they too HAVE to aquire and hold that info as well for banking verification. It seems like a very helpful and convenient service for creators! Clients asking for retakes is stressful to the artist and can be discouraging and time-consuming. The one shot nature of Skeb seems to eliminate stress.
