I would have chosen a different hairstyle for Blaze, also I don't see why Mighty is with Tiara "he would fit Honey better I think" but either way it's an interesting idea, and hey, as long Rouge is with Shadow and not Knuckles I'm all good :3

Yeah, I ship Shadow with Rouge, because she's the only female that actually makes sense.. Amy loves Sonic to pieces, Vanilla's too sweet, Cream is just... What? Tikal is a pacifist, Maria just brings flashbacks of Sonic and Elise's relationship, so yeah. Aside from that, they're the two characters seen together the most often (Rouge has never appeared in a game without Shadow being in the same game in some way, or form)
I'd put Mighty with Tiara because her creator originally intended her to be Sonic's love interest (Completely unaware of Amy Rose, or Sally Acorn).. I put her with Mighty because I can see Mighty having a similar personality to Sonic, except having some degree of strength, and being a bit slower (Basically like a slightly weaker Knuckles, but with some of Sonic's personality..) If it's any consolation, I could see Honey with someone like Espio, because I think that'd be kinda funny..
I ship Knuckles with Shade because for one, shipping him with Tikal would technically be incest.. Also, Knuckles and Shade just seem more compatible with Shade than Rouge. I understand that Knuckles, Shadow and Rouge are tsunderes, but Shade doesn't really seem to care too much, while Rouge doesn't seem to take too kindly to Knuckles' responsible disposition, while she doesn't mind with Shadow..

Technically she did appear in one game that Shadow didn't appear in, Amy Poker for the old mobile phones "Sonic Cafe" but yeah Rouge is always there with Shadow which is the more reason why they fit together <3
Don't worry it's not like I don't agree with Mighty being with Tiara I just found it an odd choice because: a, she never really made it and b, as you said she was meant for Sonic, Honey on the other hand is a more forgotten character much like Mighty "and Ray in that regard, maybe them being yellow makes them more fitting together?" but either way it doesn't really bother me whom he gets as long Amy and Rouge are reserved for the ones I support them with :p

I guess she could work for Ray, but, Ray's a kid.. Yeah, I might see Honey with those 2, but that would depend on their age..
Also, I ship her with Knuckles, too.. But I just didn't feel like making duplicates.. I might make one with the both of those pairings at some point.. I don't know.. I ship her with Silver for 2 reasons: a) Because the "S Factor" fangame made it into my head-canon. And b) I can see Sonia replacing Blaze role in 06; being Silver's companion in the future..

Anyway I forgot about the S Factor, one of my all time favorite hacks, I guess I never really thought about them being a couple in the game, I always though "why not Sonia and Manic or Silver and Blaze?".
As for Silver he can still be with Blaze, and Sonia can also work with Bartleby and Dingo so there's that xD
