At last, another victim has arrived in my dungeon. A very feisty one too, and the first Pokemon I have ever had here. My henchmen reported he put up one hell of a fight – I can see the large bruise on his head from where they knocked him out. For these reasons, and just because I'm feeling particularly sadistic today, I'm gonna try something very new...

Given the guarantee of resistance from our Lucario here, I've opted for extra strong restraints, and a personal first, sensory deprivation bondage. Just to give him the element of complete surprise, and to make him feel as helplessly ticklish as possible~
I dont think his paws will be his weak spot – he will spend far too much time fighting barefoot for that to make any sense. Although I will certainly give his feet a seeing to, his upper body will be where the real torture lies. I think his sides are particularly soft, so I shall spend a lot of time on those. Just for a little extra teasing, instead of the earplugs that would be standard for sensory deprivation, I'll tape a set of headphones to him – so I can taunt him as much as I please. I'd like to see him try and respond through his gag.
I must go, I cannot risk him waking up whilst he is unrestrained.

Mendel had indeed used much rougher bondage on Lucario than he had done for his previous victims. His wrists and ankles were held down with metal rings to the X-frame, uncomfortably tight, whilst his head was almost completely covered with the deprivation equipment. A black blindfold covered his eyes whilst large padded earphones, connected to a speaking device, stopped him from hearing anything that wasn’t played into said device. A large, tight red ball gag completed the restraint, leaving a very helpless and vulnerable sight on the torture table. It wasn't difficult to notice Lucario waking up – his struggling and fighting was rabid within seconds. It seemed like he was trying to break the table in half – but the restraints had left him unable to do anything of use. Drool shortly appeared around his ball gag and dripped down his cheek onto the wooden table. His evil torturer admired the sight of him struggling for a good few minutes, before picking up a light feather. He didn't want to get straight into the real torture after all – what would be the fun in skipping the teasing? Once the bound mon calmed down a little, and seemed to realise he wasn't getting anywhere, it was time to begin the ordeal.
The dragon begins to stroke the feather carefully along the furry soles of Lucario's feet, with precision to try and look for any reaction a particular spot gives. The Pokemon does not struggle at first, only flexing his toes a little, but after about half a minute, it becomes clear that he is definitely feeling the tickles. His restraints begin to tug slightly and he lets out some very light struggling moans. The feather isn't by any means making him suffer tremendously – but it is giving him a taster of the torture to come. Speaking through the headset, Mendel takes advantage of the deprivation headphones to deliver a few very evil taunts to the poor Lucario.
“Tickle tickle tickle~ You can't get out or even feel anything else so just feel the feathers stroking along the bottoms of your helpless feet...”
The taunting seems to work – Lucario visibly blushes around his ball gag after the taunting, indicating that he may be easier to break than the dragon first thought. Moving the feather to the Pokemon's toes, and feathering around and between them, the wiggling becomes a lot more noticeable and the deep red blushing is maintained. His toes and soles are tormented with the feather for about half an hour – the level of resistance and noise staying pretty constant throughout – before the tickler moves upwards and begins to torment his taut, helpless belly with it. This makes him squirm a lot more than the foot tickling did and his moaning to begin showing signs of turning to giggles. Lucario does seem to be putting up a good attempt at resisting – he is trying his best to hold in reactions and endure the assault, but it is impossible for a ticklish creature to hide their weaknesses from a determined torturer~
Soon Mendel turns his attentions to Lucario's underarms and sides. His prediction that these would be his most sensitive spots certainly was proved true. His arms tugged very heavily upon the beginning of the underarm stroking, as if he was desperate to stop his pits from being exposed. The taunting was not helping.
“Hehe, that tickle, boy, hmm? You feel that tickle your soft little pits?”
The blushing became even darker as the feather travelled along Lucario's completely helpless underarms for a very long time. When it travelled down to his sides, he was squirming more than ever before. The sides were clearly the spot to go for~
Playtime was over, the feathers weren’t enough. The dragon chose an electric toothbrush for the next tool. Something that would give a very intense and rough tickle, a big upgrade from the feathers. Using it immediately around Lucario's stomach, the sudden change in intensity made the creature jolt violently and his moans very noticeably became giggles. His four limbs tugged vainly, but had no way of escape. That belly of his was completely taut and exposed to the rough, whirring electric toothbrush being held against it. A switch of focus to the pads on Lucario's toes and soles increased the squirming even more, making the difference in the tool's effectiveness more evident.
But Mendel knew that the brush would be very evil on his sides in particular. Gently placing it into the victim's underarms and lightly applying pressure, he watched as Lucario went from squirming lightly and giggling to shaking vigorously and letting out full muffled laughter from his gagged muzzle. He very sadistically stroked the whizzing brush all the way down each of the Lucario's sides to savour the reaction from his poor helpless victim, laughing and writhing on the bondage table as he felt the bristles torment his soft furry sides.
Mendel used the brush for even longer than he expected to, just because the squirming and muffled laughter of the Lucario was such fun to look at. He could have done it all day if he had the time. But it was time to increase things even further. Something that would deliver an intense tickle but also offer ripe opportunity for some real teasing and torture. The perfect time for Mendel to bring out his pinwheel.
Gripping the pointy metal device in one hand and holding the top of Lucario's foot with the other, the dragon placed the pinwheel on the creature's heel and began slowly running it upwards, firmly pushing in to deliver the perfect mixture of tickling and light prickly pain. The squirming increased tenfold, his legs thrashing against the restraints and his muzzle switching between loud laughter and deep moaning every few seconds. His toes splayed widely as the pinwheel approached them, and as it ran over his pads it genuinely seemed like he had a chance at breaking the table, he was struggling so ridiculously violently.
The dragon wasted no time in applying the pinwheel to his furry sides. He had barely even rolled the wheel before Lucario began squirming and shouting through his gag as much as he physically could, such was the intensity of the sensation that shot through his side upon the wheel being pushed against it. The sadistic dragon had so much fun rolling it agonisingly slowly over the defenceless furry sides and making sure to push it nicely into his pits, always resulting in a loud muffled squeal. He used his speaking device to verbally tease with every single light prick of the pins, and made sure to cover every single inch of those helpless sides. There was no getting away from them, so why should he show any mercy?
The worst part of it for the furry ticklee was how the deprivation bondage enhanced the feelings significantly. He had absolutely no idea where he was or who was torturing him, literally the only thing he could feel was the wheel torturing his sensitive body and the restraints tightly pushing against his limbs. The sensations were completely overwhelming to him.
Lucario's sides were made tingling and sore by the time the devious wheel had finished rolling along them. He panted for a good few minutes afterwards, trying to recover from the overwhelming tickling sensation that ran through him.
Mendel had finished applying the manual tools, but he had something very special to take Lucario into overdrive and give him the tickle torture that will make him pass out. Several large, automated brush machines, each similar looking to the electric toothbrush but much bigger, were gently attached to the restraint table and placed on each of the victim's sensitive areas – both of the soles of his footpaws, his belly, both underarms and both sides. He quivered a little as he felt each tool being placed against him. What followed was a very sadistic 5 minutes or so where the dragon waited to turn the machines on, giving his ticklee a little psychological torment with which to increase his anticipation and in turn, his sensitivity.
When the dragon finally pressed the button to activate the brushes, Lucario's ticklish senses were placed into complete overdrive. The rough bristles whirring against him were too much for his ticklish body to handle, and that was before he had reached even the 60 second mark. His toes splayed out, curled and gently wiggled in succession, his back arched as much as it could and his heavily bound head wiggled from side to side whilst he was in ticklish agony.
The tormentor simply sat back and watched the delightful sight of the helpless Lucario being ruthlessly tickle tortured all over his soft body by the machinery. Quite the amusing sight indeed for a sadistic tickler. The victim himself however was seriously suffering, but he did not go without a fight. His endurance was incredible given the level of torture being dished out, and he seemed to spend hours squirming against the machines on the torture table, very slowly running out of energy but never ceasing the wonderful muffled laughter or toe curling.
Finally, after a good few hours of intense tickle torture, the Lucario finally used up all his energy, and lost consciousness. The tormented creature was panting even after passing out, and the tingling in his body would certainly stay with him for a long time, as well as the mental torture~

My my, he was a fighter indeed. I'm glad I invested in extra tight restraints. He may not be as cuddly as previous victims but it was certainly a fun and sadistic sight to see him squirming and fighting in that bondage while I gave him a good, long tickling~
I'll get my henchmen to drug him and release him again in the morning. In the meantime he should hope he doesn't wake up too soon or else he will be spending the night squirming even more on that table. I've kept the camera rolling just in case.
