Definitely beyond adorable! Your take on Chelsea just makes you want to melt from the cute (especially with how you've done the eyes and the blush). XD Love the chibi-look and the oversized sleeves on the coat, and nice one with the shading on the tufts of fur and background as well (think the paint-like shades with no lines you've used in the BG is a nice touch)!
