Juan el Ratón (alias John Anthony Garland) is a top secret agent for the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. He is the primary target of evil mastermind Dr. Katt. Amongst his [Juan] allies: Rosa la Ratona (1950-), his wife and sidekick; Howler, mixed martial arts master and his boss; and Birdbrain, gadgetry expert.

He tends to keep work life and personal life separate. When he's not on a mission, he's spending every moment with his wife, Rosa.
Background/History
1950-Born to middle-class parents of Puerto Rican and Brazilian heritage.
1960-The CIA hires him, the world's youngest spy. His first assignment: bankrupt the paymaster for INERT in a chess tournament.
1972-Marries Rosa.
