Did this piece a little while back. I wasn't too satisfied with it at first cause I didn't like the background. I still almost don't. >.<
But this'll just be a little side story with Lager for the moment and his trusty Vaporeon. I'll soon have more pictures/story for them as the time goes on. His vaporeon's name is Misty. (like the cartoon which he was a fan of). And yes... Misty can talk.
