This is a tribute for a cool musican who has left us too early. Static-X and Wayne guided me through an important time in my life, my school-time. I discovered them after they released a few albums. The funny thing is that I didn't like them at first. But after the first time I heard their songs (The first song I ever heared from them was "Anything But This" and later "Skinnyman" through NFS) and something was stuck in my mind. Even if that wasn't my kind of music at that point of time I couldn't forget about it and after 3 or more times I started to really like them and later to love them.
Wayne Static had such an unique voice and well...his Style was just awesome xD It's true, at that time he was kind of an idol. It hit me very hard when I heard that he was gone. First Robin Williams and then Wayne. Feels kinda like my childhood is dying...but on the other side, he will never really leave us. He left his music, his voice and every time I hear him in Static-X or pighammer, I don't feel sad, I'm thankful for all that cool stuff.
Rest in peace Wayne, I'll miss you and thank you for everything you did.
