shouldn't there be a question mark at the end of that? I mean, I guess I mean in that context I would've said "I LOVE YOU, OKAY?!" As if he was trying to get to the point, as if it wasn't much of a question, question. Normally if there's a coma after a the word, and it's trying to explain something to someone as if it acted as a question. It's like him saying "don't you know I love you?" but in a another way where it's saying what you put down. as if the Okay is acting as a question within itself rather. Saying okay?! as if he understands...
