A random drawing i thought of not too long ago, i was playing the game Jet Set Radio Future and wanted my character to do a cosplay sort of thing for it haha

Just want to say so noone tries taking this down, this picture is not provoking any act of graffiti, while graffiti is a form of art, it is considered vandalism and is illegal in many states, so please dont take the message of this picture too seriously...
