in D&D terms Tatsu is CG and Cilverant is LN. what we have is illogical differences. Cilverant want peace across all worlds and planes to achieve peace though mandate and war. Tatsu on the other hand is interested in the well being of thous around him, ,making him willing to do bad things for a good reason and sees someone as cold and soulless as Cilverant as a warlord. so there is no bad only law and chaos, freedom and appreasion
