Day Five of the adventurer journal: Bronze Honey Pitcher
Danger level: None

The appearance of the Bronze honey pitcher mimics that of their man eating cousins,. Despite their appearance, they do not eat travelers at random; though they do devour insects, fruits, and various liquids.

The bronze honey pitchers are an interesting plant type because of the sap and their leaves. The sap is a type of polishing agent that that can be used to polish metals, such as this monster’s bronze infused leaves. Furthermore, after a few years of research on the Bronze honey sap, it was found to be a good coolant for computer hardware. Their leaves on the other hand contain large amounts of bronze in them, which can be used for crafting bronze wares. However the sap on the leaf will have to dry first, as it acts as a fire retardant for the leaf. Once the leaf is dry, it is easy to extract the bronze by burning it.
Being a plant girl, Bronze honey pitchers lack eyes, but they can see through sound, and slight electrical currents. By using those two senses, they can see the image on a television or smart phone.

These plant monsters are listed under the protected monsters list. If a Bronze honey pitcher is being harassed for their sap or leaves, contact the local authorities.
