Rotor the walrus is one of my favourite SatAM and STH characters, nice and cute chubby walrus with a nice affinity for building machines.
Here are different versions of him, the first in lineart, the second with SatAM colour scheme and the last one with STH comic colour scheme.
The original image I used as base for this, is from a model sheet done by Dic Animation, in the concept art prior to the start of the production of the show, that can be found here:
We don't see much of Rotor at all, even before I walked away from Sonic with #134 or so.(I am NOT breaking off in the middle of a thought to go down to the basement and check the exact issue#. Suffise it to say that Sally broke off her engagement to Sonic in it.)
