Finally after many years of conceiving her, this is Suna Ratzu, the third of the Spiritual Ratzus. But that's not all. Suna is actually the mother of the creator of Starmaninja in child form, so in a sense, this also marks the first time I drew Sylvia in her true form as well...albeit as a child.

In her home world, Sylvia was known as Suna Ratzu, and lesser known as the daughter of Polara Ratzu (who went under the name Shrine and pretended to be Suna's older sister when she was really her mother). This is because Suna was destined to be the one who would venture forth to the other universes (explored previously by Soula) in hopes of finding a way to create a varied universe in the future. As a child, Suna was always known for being really shy and quite timid, but this wasn't really a natural fear as much as a pure personality trait. She preferred to be alone most of the time and would spend hours a day practicing her Dark magic. She realized she had other powers but could never figure out why or what they did until she finally met up with Polara to learn the truth about who she was.

Fast forward to her becoming an adult and that's when Sylvia's story starts to take place. She changed her name to Sylvia after first landing on Earth because Wolfgang called her Sylvia Polaris, coincidentally, she reminded him of the North Star and she did come from the forest as far as he knew. Since then, she kept that name, but decided to use the name Suna as a way to know for sure when she came across the other Ratzus from her home world. This was also the key to Starmaninjian Kao being the "body" to revive Ratzu Kao entirely.

Personality: Suna was always quite quiet and serious natured, but as she grew up, she became more confident and bold. It's very rare that people see her expressing confidence and dominion, and as such, only Solara and Kao remember such a time where she was the same way Kiara protrays herself. The depression of losing Siberia and Kiara did set her back to her reclusive nature, but Kao's revival and knowing her children basically carried on the legacy that she was meant to do rekindled her spirit and allowed her to become her bold and confident self again.

Power: Suna has near limitless powers, but as a child, she isn't fully aware of them. She mostly dabbles in Dark magic because she was dubbed the Goddess of Darkness (Dark as in lack of light, not Dark as in "Evil" or "Necromancy"), but she saw herself as a mere dark mage more than anything. Her powers in most games revolve around mysterious magic that gives her various buffs and control major aspects of the game, such as immunity to weather or even ignoring OB stroke penalties in Golf.

Enjoy!

Trivia:

Note how Suna is wearing a similar dress and is colored nearly the same as Polara, her mother. She slowly turns white as she gets older and the red aspects of her become more evident. Also note how she always has red eyes regardless of her form (except as Luna, where her eyes are violet, but mostly because she's really sad).

Suna has more names than anyone else in the whole story. Being referred to as:

Suna Ratzu - Her original name

Sylvia Polaris - The name given to her by Wolfgang. She uses this to refer to her goddess form

Luna Polaris - Her Starmaninjian name, based on her original name, the fact that Luna is another word for Moon is a coincidence that the Moon is associated with nighttime anyway.

Twilight Polaris - The name Kiara gave her to keep her identity a secret from Starmaninjian Kao until the time was right. Despite him finding out who she was halfway through, she uses this name to describe her anthro Starmaninjian form.

Don't worry, Soluna is indeed her daughter though, NOT another incarnation.

Suna's first attempt at showcasing her Goddess powers was creating Kao Ratzu, the first male in their universe (with the help of her twin sister Solara). She did so to make reproduction more enjoyable, as the population of the Ratzu universe is VERY small...like maybe 10, all female. Testing him out on Earth, they admitted was kind of a mistake, as they weren't aware they'd be forced to have a child due to how earth biology works, but it did bring them Siberia and Kiara. So they have no regrets.

Suna always looked depressed in every drawing I do of her cause for some reason, she's quite camera shy. She REALLY prefers to be alone usually, or at least with those she trusts. She's a lot like me IRL actually...well...some of the time.

Yep, that's Kao's wife as a child, Sylvia Ratzu. She called herself Suna because she was too shy to pronounce her favorite name at the time "Luna".
