Even though most of them are mainly male I have been in d and d games with as low as one guy in them. I never see a big difference between the games based on genders. I did see one based on a specific player because she tried to seduce a gargoyle and started a brothel with the partys cleric.

yes and no. the players left their cleric alone with people they just met not knowing if they were trustworthy or not so that players character became an npc who after escaping from slavery made it her lifes goal to hunt them down and was using the brothels as an information gathering network to hunt them down.
