While it is true that most babies see boobs every day, I am more concerned about adult Americans unhealthy interest in them!
Admittedly, the cleavage can be viewed as a substitute for the buttcrack, but still...

I don't see why it should be offensive to show the nipples in public.
They are, after all, some of the most common body parts that can be found.
Most people are equipped with at least two of them.

But in her case, she may need something to keep those things in place.
I mean, she could poke out the eyes of the watchers with those things, if she lets them flutter about in a disorderly manner!
