Been working on this for a while. had to update with my newer skill at liquids. quite happy with the end result. Btw, This is my OC Sea Breeze (named her that before the episode with the breezies by the way X3) And the tentacles belong to an antagonist of mine who is a playful slime creature with these tentacles covered in an ooze that brainwashes on contact.
